What We Do
University Events Scheduling and Communications (UESC) focuses on the management of the 25Live space scheduling software. UESC helps university groups navigate 25Live and reserve spaces for non-academic events. UESC also provides 25Live support, University Calendar support, and internal Publisher calendars for all campus constituents.
Class schedules are managed through the registrar's office, and any questions about scheduling a class should be directed to Sharon Jensen at 828-262-7698 or jensensc@appstate.edu.
For non-university groups see the Appalachian State Universities Facility Use Policy. REMINDER: Fronting, when a university affiliate makes a space request in 25Live on behalf of a non-university group, is prohibited (Facility Use Policy 4.1.8).
