25Live Publisher is an integrated tool within the 25Live system that generates internal calendars, streamlining workflows with features that support scheduling, forecasting, and overall planning.

Easy Transition and No Double Entry
You already enter your events into 25Live to reserve spaces. Your Publisher calendar automatically loads that information, so you don’t need to enter it into another calendar application. Simply decide which spaces and event types you want the information for, and our Publisher expert will get your calendar all set up.

Easily Add Events to Personal Calendars
Events can be easily added from a Publisher calendar to Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook.com or Microsoft 365, and Yahoo. You can also get email or text reminders, and forward events to friends.

Navigational Tools
We can add filters by event type, location, resources, etc. You can also toggle between multiple calendar views on the same screen to best suit your needs.

Efficient and Informative
Show as many, or as little, details as you like for your events. We can show more information for a specific event type (resources, comments, catering, setup times, etc.) or less information for another event type. You tell us what’s important.

Attractive and ADA Compliant 
Add photos, date icons, and more. You can still get the standard Google Calendar look, or you can cleanly organize and help draw attention to important information with images. Tile or Photo Events calendars are also very ADA compliant and easy for screen readers to use.
