Running Reports
Accessing and Running 25Live Reports
To access reports in 25Live, click on the More button in the top navigation bar of the application. Select Reports. You will be taken to the 25Live Report page.
Note: To return to 25Live, click on the More button again, expand the Go To Tool section, and select 25Live Pro.
You can run reports on Events, Locations, Resources, and Other, which includes additional reports that do not fall into the first three categories. Take some time to review the different report options to see what might be the most helpful for you.
Note: It is helpful to have a few starred/saved event and location searches ahead of time to generate reports. For examples on how to create event and location searches, please see Search for Available Locations and Search for Events.
You will also see Your Starred Reports. For any reports that you run often, click on the star to the right of the report name. This will add the report to Your Starred Reports.
Steps to run a report:
- Locate the report you would like to run and click on the report name. To get an idea of what the report will provide, click on the View Sample link at the top of the report.
- If applicable to the report, select a Format Option (e.g. PDF, Excel, etc.)
- Next, select a Delivery Option.
- “View this report now” will generate the report quickly with a pop-up notification.
- “Email this report to yourself” will send the report to your email.
- “Email this report to…” allows you to send the report to a specific user in 25Live. Begin typing the recipient’s name and select the user you would you like to email the report to.
- “Schedule this report” allows you to schedule a day and time for the report to run, including a repeating pattern option and the ability to email it to a specific person.
- Select Report Parameters. Depending on the report, you will need to select an Event, Location, Organization and/or Resource saved search.
- Click Run.
Note: Ensure that your browser is set to always allow pop-ups from 25Live.
Commonly used reports
Facility and event coordinators, as well as campus partners, may need to know a certain building(s) daily activities. There are several reports available. Please see the list below of commonly used reports.
Calendar of Events (3 Day, 5 Day, 7 Day) - For each event, the report shows the start and end times, location(s), event name and title, and contact name.
Monthly Calendar - Lists the events scheduled during a specified date range, in a month calendar format. The event name, event start and end times, and locations are included.
Event Listing - Lists summary information for all events in an event search, including event type, status, reference, and start and end dates.
