*Students must log in to 25Live using their App State credentials to gain access to the system.

General Student Body

Upon logging in, members of the general student body can submit space requests in 25Live.

Special Permissions

To gain space elevated requesting/approving permissions, you must meet one of the conditions below:

• Student Workers Creating Requests for a Department
• Student Interns Approving Space on Behalf of a Department

Please refer to the 25Live Policies and Procedures, 1.1 Student Access to 25Live for more information on how to gain special permission access.

Note: Elevated permissions for student workers and interns end with the Spring semester. Returning students need a supervisor to request access for the next academic year.

Campus Activities supports students planning an event as part of a club or organization. Please email Campus Activities at campusactivities@appstate.edu for more information. 

Please view the Plemmons Student Union policy section 2.2 Meeting Room Availability to see which spaces are available for request. Find the Plemmons Student Union policies on our Space Policies page.

To request a weekly meeting space in the Plemmons Student Union, please visit the reservation page on the Student Union website and click on the link to fill out the Engage form. 

Unavailable Spaces:

• The Solarium cannot be requested before 4pm on weekdays (3pm Fridays)
• Students cannot request PSU 200 The Greenbriar Theater through 25Live
• Special areas like Appalachian Commons, the Lactation Lounge, etc. are not available to request
