Submit a 25Live Support Ticket
- Please visit App State IT Support Services at https://support.appstate.edu/
- Click on "Submit a Ticket"
- Select "Software" from the lefthand list of options
- Select "Service or Software Request" from the righthand list of options
- In the Service or Software box, type and then select "25Live"
- Select your Type of Request: "Help me find space", "Student Access & Authentication", "System Support & Troubleshooting", "Training", "System Improvements /Configuration", "UESC Policies"

Help Me Find Space
Are you having trouble finding an available space to host your event in 25Live? Have you already talked to the facility manager for the location in which you are interested? Please select "Help me find space" and one of our team members will contact you shortly to help you find an event space.
Student Access & Authentication
Please review our 25Live Student Guidelines and Procedures. Students and faculty/staff needing to submit requests for additional student access to 25Live should select "Student Access & Authentication".
System Support & Troubleshooting
If you have general questions about using 25Live, please review our help section. If you still need help, please select "System Support & Troubleshooting" and a team member will reach out to you shortly.
Training
If you would like to request training for 25Live, please first review our help documentation. If you need additional assistance, please select "Training" and a team member will reach out to you shortly.
System Improvements /Configuration
For all additions and configurations inside 25Live, please select "System Improvements /Configuration". Configuration examples are:
- Updating building hours
- Creating automated emails, email templates, or notifications
- Adding or updating locations, resources, or express scheduled locations
- Updating faculty/staff approvers
