How to Request Space

Faculty, Staff, and Students

All faculty, staff, and students should submit event requests at least 7 business days in advance via the 25Live Event Form. Any event requests placed in less than 7 days will be reviewed case-by-case. 

Requests for events that require an on-campus service provider, such as Grandview Catering and Events or Mountaineer Audio Visual, should be submitted 60 business days in advance.

Themed weeks and events with 150 or more guests are expected to submit a request at least 90 business days in advance.

Please ensure you have received dean or supervisor approval before completing the event form. Supplemental forms may be required if additional information regarding your event is needed.
