Express Scheduling

What is Express Scheduling? Express Scheduling is the easiest way for faculty, staff, and students to request space on campus for one-time events. This quick process is used for study and practice rooms across campus that are immediately available for scheduling without needing approval.

How to cancel an Express Scheduling Reservation? Log back into 25Live, find the request, and change the status From "Confirmed" to "Cancelled" or email uesc@appstate.edu.

Rooms Students Can Request

All App State faculty, staff, and students have access to request space upon login to 25Live.  However, students are restricted to certain spaces on campus and their student club and/or organization must be in good standing.  Students attempting to reserve space who receive an error that their organization is locked or frozen should reach out to Campus Activities at campusactivities@appstate.edu.
